Browsing public events is free and does not require an account. However, creating an account is reserved for persons aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you declare and guarantee that you meet the required legal age. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account created by a minor.
User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not create an account for another person without their explicit consent.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you post on GetEventNow. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You declare that you own this content or have the right to post it.
Photos and Copyright
You may upload photos and images to the platform (event flyers, profile photos, galleries, marketplace listings). By uploading them, you guarantee that you hold the necessary rights (copyright, image rights of the persons shown) or have the required authorizations. Uploading copyright-protected content without authorization is prohibited. You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, legal action, or damage arising from an infringement of third-party rights caused by content you have published. Any repeat infringer's account may be suspended or deleted. Uploaded images may be resized, converted, and optimized for technical purposes. Moderation and Inappropriate Content
GetEventNow reserves the right to moderate any content posted on the platform. Inappropriate content (pornography, hate, violence, spam, illegal content) will be removed and may result in account suspension or banning. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
Intellectual Property
GetEventNow and its content, features, and design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
GetEventNow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of our platform.
