GetEventNow respects your right to data deletion. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data from our platform.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, follow these steps:
- Log in to your GetEventNow account
- Go to Settings and select 'Delete Account'
- Confirm the deletion request. Your account and data will be permanently deleted immediately.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, bio, avatar)
- Events you have created
- Your follows and event reservations
- Your messages in the marketplace
- Your follow relationships
Exceptions
Some data may be retained for legal or security reasons:
- Data required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes)
- Data necessary for security and fraud prevention
