The Tape Deck's monthly singer-songwriter showcase returns with an intimate night of original music, stripping things back to songwriting, storytelling, and solo performance. This edition features three familiar faces from Phnom Penh's music scene stepping away from their usual band setups to perform their own material.

🎵 David Zdriluk, known as "Canadian Dave," is a familiar presence on bass across a range of Phnom Penh bands. His solo work takes a more observational approach, turning everyday details and understated moments into dry, sharply written acoustic songs. Vince Solomons, frontman of Skeptical Chemistry, swaps the trio's indie, progressive, and grunge-infused rock for a stripped-back set of intimate, vocal-led acoustic material. Toronto-born Thomas Dallan, performing as Sleepin Tom, is a regular bassist with The Visa Runners and Alli G and The Quilas, as well as a frequent collaborator at open mics. His solo songs combine upbeat rhythms, bluesy undertones, and pop-punk vocals with catchy hooks and genuine emotional weight.
